Develop a breathing / pranayama practice. Pranayama is the practice of ancient yogic breathing techniques, consciously control the flow of breath enhances the flow of energy (your life force) in your body and to your brain.

No yoga, meditation, and mindful experience necessary.  Exercises taught are gentle for all abilities and ages.
